"Very nice and cozy place, friendly staff "

"Loved the fireworks and the location"

"Overall it is a decent stay. I enjoyed the onsen, breakfast, and how big the rooms are. It is located right by gora station which makes it easier to travel. Walking distance from the open air museum, plenty of low key restaurants, and day-use onsens. There is a bit of noise in early morning & night since it’s on a busy street."

"Laid back and easy stay. Decent location if staying outside Hakone. Onsen was quite basic"

"The staff were brilliant and very welcoming especially to my two children, the place was beautiful, the evening meal was lovely and very unique. We really enjoyed our 1 night stay."

"The beds were comfortable, the food was fantastic. It is really close the transit."
