"The onsen was wonderful. The hotel provided different onsen experiences that guest could choose from and the onsen area was very spacious. "The location and the facilities of the hotel were fine. My main problem with the hotel service was the dinner option. I stayed there for two nights, and the only restaurant that was open was the Japanese restaurant, Hoan, and they served a buffet only.
