「施設が古く、一部リノベートされてはいるが、メンテナンスが不十分。 洗濯機が部屋から撤去されている。 エアコンが作動しない（季節的に問題は無かったけど） 部屋のファンが回らない（同上） 部屋の入口のドアのロックが片側しかロックできない。 以上が悪い点、部屋の掃除は良くされていた。 宿泊代金に対して見合わない施設。」

「You get what you pay for. I did not expect the resort to be in such disrepair and to be so noisy. The traffic from the highway is constant and you hear every plane take off. The on site secure parking is very tight and it is difficult to manoeuvre a big vehicle around. Next time I will do more research and pay more money for a more comfortable and quiet location.」

「Every time we have to stay at Mackay we have always stayed here. Staff are amazing, kids love the free pancake breakfast they get to have. 」
