「Staff were helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was as great as possible.」

「This was a fantastic retreat. I was unsure what to expect but found it was better than I expected, somehow. As a family with young kids, my two just loved if from the moment we arrived. The cabin had toys and fun items (& chocolate) as well as having an outdoor play space and a creek to go exploring. But with undercover parking, outdoor fire pit, bbq on porch, the accommodation was just fantastic. Couldn't be happier with our stay」

「Close to national parks, bushwalking and viewing of platypus. Not a lot of bird life to be had - arrived in the clouds and mist, departed the same way with some rain thrown in. Wi-fi and TV connections were non-existent during our stay - many drop outs and breaking up of signal.」

「Particularly chose this accommodation as it offered on site restaurant that you could order room service from as I knew after our day on the road we would want to order in. We arrived for our stay on Sunday afternoon to be told they don’t open the restaurant on weekends. Would have been helpful if they advertised that on their website site. Misleading to not disclose this.」

「The manager checked us in and was incredibly friendly and obliging, and the cleaning staff were also lovely. The motel looked to have been recently renovated and was done very tastefully, and the room was spacious and well equipped. It was great being located so close to the beach, and very close to where our function was held.」

「Fantastic location but very run down and seems to be run by remote control. We were there 2 nights and the only staff member we saw was a cleaner on the morning we left. Restaurant wasn’t open due to electrical issues, which is hardly surprising if you spend nothing on maintenance」
