Overall, this property was excellent. The location is close to the Kings Park and we could down from Kings Park to the Mounts Bay Village area through the Jacob's Ladder which is the short cut without using the bus service. The only drawback was the unstable wifi. Wifi was very unstable in the bedroom. It was better in the dining room but it was still unstable.

Great location! Right near Hay St and Murray St mall. Three minute walk to Woolies. Short walk to train station and Elizabeth Quay. Spacious apartment and clean. Reception staff were attentive and helpful. Housekeeping found a phone charger in our room after we checked out and we were contacted the same day with an offer to post it to us. I did not rate 5 stars due to a few minor things: Only two face washers given for four guests, one of the toilets the water kept running until you pressed the button again, bad balcony view and beds were not the most comfortable. I cannot comment on the pool as it was closed for maintenance. Overall I would stay here again due to the location and convenience for families.

Great hotel! It's conveniently located close to everything you need, and places to see. The room was clean, and continental breakfast is included. Staff were always polite and helpful. Would definitely come back to stay again.

Despite the current renovations the hotel was nice, clean & quiet. Great location

At the Mercure, the rooms were large, light and the King beds were turned over daily. The location in Perth was excellent. The breakfast was very good. The staff generally were very good. But it was strange to find the cheapest toilet paper in use with single sheets. It was not business friendly to me to find I could not get morning papers delivered to my door.
