"The gentleman that met us was very helpful. He did warn us about noise from highway but gave us a room further away from road. The noise did not worry us at all. The bed was very comfortable, and room was clean. Very close to hotel and good meals there."

"This friendly country pub has motel units at the rear. These units have covered parking, a comfortable bed and clean bathroom at a good price. It is ideally located as good driving distance between Brisbane and Mackay. The pub staff are friendly and excellent meals are available each evening. It will be our preferred choice to stay when driving up the Queensland Coast."
