「I didn’t have hot water the first day, but staff were very efficient to get that fixed….. My only complaint is the comfort of the bed I would give a 2/10 but every is different and some people prefer harder beds 」

「部屋はとても綺麗で清潔感があった。あえて言うなら不満は2点あり、１点は、チェックインの時間までに清掃が終わっておらず、11時からチェックインができなかったこと（結果的に12時半ごろのチェックインとなった）。もう1点は、食器等を準備してくれているが、食器用洗剤やスポンジがなく洗えないこと。」

「Travelled with our little dog and the place was very accommodating. We loved the older style room with plenty of space. Host was helpful. Good restaurants and dog walking promenades within easy strolling distance.」

「First of all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room (mind you it was a standard) was gorgeous. Clean, modern, all the kitchen facilities to cook your own meal if you wanted to or to use a microwave. They had a washing machine / dryer combo in the room, making it very helpful to clean your own clothes. Pool, gym, cinema, buffet breakfast and dinner. Fabulous place to stay. I had several usb points in my room to allow charging of all electronics.」
