"We enjoyed our stay. Cottage was exceptionally clean and accommodating and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and sofas were cozy for lounging. We enjoyed the private pool area also. There was a beach wagon and chairs and beach toys for beach. We walked each day to beach. Cottage is located on a quiet street in close proximity to shopping and restaurants and activities. Communication with host office was great. We would recommend."

"We had an absolutely wonderful family vacation, and this house was the perfect place to spend time together and make special memories!The house was fantastic! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space, while still having wonderful areas to gather together. The host and owner were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and available whenever we needed anything.Our absolute favorite part of the house was the pool and covered gazebo area. We spent time there every single day! The outdoor furniture was very comfortable, and having a fan and an additional umbrella made the space even more enjoyable. Even when it rained, we could relax and enjoy the pool area from underneath the gazebo. The refrigerator in the garage was another great touch—it was so convenient to have cold drinks right there by the pool!The kitchen and living room were spacious enough for our entire family to sit together, which we loved. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped with everything we could possibly need, and we especially appreciated the filtered water system. We couldn’t have asked for a better home or host. The house, pool, location, and especially the hospitality were wonderful. We had an amazing time and would absolutely love to come back! We highly recommend this beautiful, comfortable, family-friendly home."

"Family trip to a new destination - this was a mix of the best of both kinds of waterways! Beach wasn’t far and pool was right out the back door. Our four year old grandson loved it the best and learned lots of new things to do in the pool. Rooms were big and everyone had plenty of room. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and backyard are the best feature of this property. The house is nice and has some updates but a few more would go a long way. The front entry stairs need to be changed. We typically travel with grandparents and this would not have been possible for them to navigate. We were only in the house long enough to sleep but the mattress and pillows in the entire house need updated. The property was mostly clean but the intake vents in kitchen & dining are black and look to never been clean. Those are things that set the tone for the rest of the property and then it makes you start looking at things closer. Everything else was sufficient and worked well for us. I like the fact of credit for beach rental equipment so easy. I also like working with the management company. They checked on us via text during the week to make sure things were going well. "
