"This was a very nice hotel. The staff were amazing. Very friendly, very polite. I would rate this hotel a 10 on almost everything except I found that the rooms could be cleaned a bit better. The walls and ceiling were dirty the doors were dirty...needs to be wiped down properly especially since this is such a high-end hotel, and the vents and fans are full of dust like they haven't been cleaned for years. I was quite surprised. Also our first night there was a stain on the bed sheets and there...

"Love the location of this property! Short walk from Shinjuku station and there are actually 3 convenience store within the same building as the hotel. Super convenient. Staff was friendly and check-in and check-out processes were quicky and easy. Would definitely recommend staying here! "
