"The hotel looks somehow much better than my last stay. It is probably due to its new bed and new hair-dryer, ... maybe. New check-in/out system is good. The staff were all professional and friendly. Only thing to be improved may be its Wi-Fi, which sometimes became slow especially during the night time."

"As it has been, this time stay was also very good. Comfortable and clean room with quite smooth check-in/out process. The location is just next to the main station of "Izumo". So, no complain except for its elevator congestion especially in the morning time because the hotel has only one. Otherwise, I am sure to come back here for my next visit of Izumo."
