Clean room and kind staff.

Close to Shimonoseki Station and Port. Great bathhouse for relaxing after a long day.

I stayed 3 nights for a conference in Shimonoseki. The hotel is clean, has all the amenities I need, and the onsen was a plus. Hotel provides pyjamas and all sorts of skin care products at no additional charge. The open bar in the evenings was also a nice touch. There are good restaurants within walking distance.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!

Clean room staff was very nice

Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and we really enjoyed it. However, the bathroom floor felt a little unstable, so I think that is something that should be repaired.

Right next to train station and many places to explore along the bay. Also far enough away from the main roads that it was generally very quiet at night. Very much enjoyed it!

Stayed 2 nights. No complaints i’m a simple man.

Walking distance to large mall and the pier. Beautiful view. Hotel room was clean and close walking distance to sightseeing area. Parking comes with it.

Everything 5 stars, booked Club Room came with free champagne and chocolates plus use of jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and ice pool included. Enjoyed eating breakfast in Cambord French restaurant on the 28 floor. Food and service was excellent you hardly see 8 utensils on the right side of your water glass.
