"When we arrived to check in at the hotel, there was already a different customer in the room. When we went back to the main lobby, we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour before the staff got us a room. They did not provide updates either. They just asked us to wait. "Stay for 4 night. The room is fantastic, spacious and clean. The lounge is a extra plus, very good atmosphere, has a vaccum hifi with vinyl disc player, tannoy speaker. You could play the jazz disc enjoy the mojiko beer here, very relaxing. The staff is very friendly and professional, I could not find my JR pass after check out. I went back to the front desk asked for help, the lady help me up to the room at once while the service lady was being clean up, she pull out all garbage and check. Although could not find, I was still appreciated their help and professional. The breakfast buffet quality was just so so..also not many choice."

"예상보다 엄청 깨끗함. 건물자체는 약간 오래된 느낌이지만 입구부터 방까지 되게 깔끔함. 칫솔.치약.면도기 등 갖춰진게 많아서 좋았음. 욕조도 일본치고 엄청 깊고 큼. 침대도 그렇게 작지않고 냄새안남. 혼자 여행한다면 시모노세키역이나 가라토시장에서 약간 거리가되지만 버스가 자주다녀서 괜찮음. 걸어간다고해도 대로변으로 쭉가면 되서 걱정없음. 여행객보단 비즈니스맨들이 많음. 밤에 주변에 걸어다니다보면 취해서 서로 배웅하고 택시부르고 그러는 비즈니스맨들 구경가능."
