「So disappointed in the service here. Staff were not well trained - did not listen - were unwilling to assist. Our room was not made up daily - even though we asked. Food was sparse and was not anywhere close to what was expected based on our research. The fact that we had to pay for our food when we used room service - was insane. This is an All Inclusive after all. Would NOT recommend」

「ディア二にひとりで滞在するため、ナイロビに住む友人から勧められたホテルの中の一つでした。 朝と夕飯がついて、サービス料金を含めると大体一泊8500円でした。朝も夜もビッフェ形式ですがそれなりの種類があるので色々と食べる事ができました。 夕方にはアフタヌーンティーも振舞われました。そのエリアとお部屋ではWi-Fiも繋がります。 プールもあり、プライベート海岸もあり、そしてその時使う大きなバスタオルも借りる事ができこの値段でこれだけのサービスなら十分だと思います。 サルがいますよ！」

「The hotel is located in a very nice location in Diani Beach. The beach is very clean and well maintained. There were activities every night. The rooms were large and clean with all amenities. Staff were excellent and the food (all inclusive) was superb. I would stay there again on my next visit.」
