"Our stay was comfortable, room was clean, staff friendly and efficient but bathroom was a bit squeezy"

"The room was not well-maintained. There was shaving cream on the wall in the toilet, and the carpets were not vacuumed properly. Additionally, the coffee machine was broken, with one of the coffee pods having a broken seal, and the hotel phone couldn’t make outgoing calls. They replaced the coffee machine on my request, but they refused to fix the phone despite multiple requests. Furthermore, they charged me $60 at checkout without providing any receipts for the charges (I still don’t know what the charges are for). I have contacted them three times, but I have been put on hold for too long and have lost interest in pursuing the issue."

TV wasn't plugged in behind screen. Bed large and comfortable. Food in restaurant good but pricey - they know you have nowhere else to go. "

"Staff are always lovely and welcoming. Our second bedroom was locked but they sent maintenance straight up to our room to open it up. Even with the planes overhead, the rooms are very quiet and no need for the ear plugs that are provided."
