"The house was nice! It is an older house that has been remodeled. Obviously, like with any older house, there were some small issues but Steven took care of them immediately. Don't expect anything fancy, but for the price, it was great! The game room downstairs was awesome to keep kids entertained! We would definitely stay there again."

"My wife and I booked this home for a few nights stay during participation in the Ironman DesMoines 70.3. It was close to the city, and located in a quiet neighborhood area. The house was ready and clean, and Charlton was quick to respond to questions or concerns we had during our stay. If we come back to the area, I would definitely stay again."

"The location was perfect, right off the interstate and centrally located between everywhere we wanted to be. Very Modern style apartment but able to feel like home and still sit back and watch TV. "Owner went out of her way to make sure that we were okay with the home after a previous tenant had a fire accident. She brought in another microwave to temporarily replace the damaged one. The home suited our needs just fine. Our only suggestion would be that we needed washcloths for main floor bath (there was only one). There seemed to be a lingering odor of pot in the house that might need to be addressed. Surprising that would be what we smelled instead of the smoke smell from the fire...
