Excellent property

We rented the property for family during the holidays. It’s beautifully decorated, very clean and well maintained. The layout worked well for the group. All rooms on one level made it easy to navigate. Location was excellent for entertainment, grocery stores and restaurants in close proximity. Walking distance to a park. Would definitely schedule this property again for the next family visit.

The perfect getaway!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Located in a great neighborhood, the house is not only spacious and beautifully decorated but also super convenient to everything we needed. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, from the complimentary treats to the delicious wine—such thoughtful touches that made our visit extra special! Communication with the host was excellent, and it was clear they truly care about creating a memorable experience for their guests. We would definitely stay here again—thank you for the amazing memories!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The communication with the owner was great and the property was exactly as presented in the overview. It is a very quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for our family, and with access to the HyVee (supermarket) and multiple restaurants within 10 mins or less, we had access to everything we needed during the weekend.We appreciated having access to a washer/dryer to dry wet clothing after a rainy afternoon and while we didn’t use most of the kitchen other than the refrigerator and coffee maker, all of the appliances were in working order and available for use. The WiFi worked just fine, as did the electric fireplace.We would definitely consider this property for an additional visit in the future.

Convenience and Clean

Very clean, close enough to Des Moines but liked being on the outer part of Ankeny. Perfect for what we needed for the weekend and they were wonderful to work with. Answered any of our questions and willing to help at a drop of a hat. We’ll be back sooner rather than later!

We appreciated the modern home with all rooms on the main level, as our party was 60. The king bed in the master bedroom was too firm for us. The location allowed easy access to the Des Moines and Ames areas. The back road to Hy-Vee was very convenient.
