We will be back. We brought our whole family. Easy check in. Sue is Awesome! She even had snacks waiting on us when we arrived. Definitely pet friendly. Our grandchildren loved it. Everything was clean and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We loved our stay.

Great loft. Very comfortable, but felt unsafe parking in the area. When we pulled in to park, there were two young men sitting in lawn chairs in the parking lot watching us park and unload our vehicle. A little unnerving!!

Hotel is super easy on and off the highway (I-90). Just fast food and chain restaurants close by. We drove about 7 miles to Avon Lake for a nicer dinner at Parker's.

Seems like a very nice, quiet, safe location, with lots of great dining and entertainment locations. We've enjoyed staying here multiple times on our visits to Cleveland Clinic, and is much better than staying anywhere within the Cleveland city limit
