"Gap in door to room- allowed bugs to come in- door was hard to open and shut until had owner spray with WD40. Staff not at desk when arrived for check in- later ask for extra pillows. Left a message for them- when staff in office later, I ask again and pillows brought. Water pressure so strong that it splatter everywhere"
