"Cabin was convenient to location/event we were attending. Upon arriving, cabin had not been opened up and aired out, smelled musty. Had not been freshened up for guest as it should have been. Kitchen area was clean and showers, toilets and sinks were clean. Linen provided was clean. Area was quiet. "

"Such a beautiful adventure awaits! The Hobbit house was a wonderful weekend escape for my husband and I. The daily walks, horse back riding, and rainy day LOTR movies with hot epson salt baths was the perfect getaway. Our 7 year anniversary was perfectly spent in this little hideaway. "

"Place is awesome. Very well maintained and everything was super clean upon our arrival. Our host was kind and greeted us warmly. She even took us on a mini tour of her farm and allowed us to pet her animals, including the babies! We will be back in the future. Great place, warm host, and serene!"
