"Nice staff but the bathroom was tiny and huge crack in the bathtub you could almost fall through. We used to live in Washington so we know the town and love it. This place is in serious need of updating. The beds were clean and comfortable so that was appreciated."

"The carpeting in the room definitely needed to be cleaned or replaced. I think that gave the room and the building a little bit of a musky smell but overall it was a good. Breakfast was good and we had a variety of food each day. The coffee was available 24 seven but was very weak and I would suggest having the vendor put a little bit more coffee in the mix. There was no problem parking but identifying the access road was a little bit difficult often we missed our turn and had to turn around. The side door access often didn’t work very well and was broken loose from the building."

"Staying here was truly one of the most amazing and memorable experiences I’ve ever had. The entire property feels like stepping straight into the Shire - incredibly immersive, beautifully designed, and so peaceful that it instantly puts you at ease. It’s honestly one of the most thoughtfully created places I’ve ever stayed.The hosts were super kind, communicative, and welcoming. They were generous with amenities, clear without being strict, and their laid‑back approach made the whole stay feel effortless and relaxing.During our visit, I received the heartbreaking news that my grandmother had passed. The quiet, serenity, and gentle magic of this place brought me so much comfort during an incredibly difficult moment. I’m deeply grateful for the peacefulness this property offered when I needed it most.Some of my absolute favorite parts were all the LOTR details woven throughout the space, the awesome bathroom (especially that tub), and the freedom of having a pet‑friendly stay with a golf cart to explore the property. Every element added to the charm and comfort.I will definitely be staying again. This entire property is a gem - peaceful, whimsical, and unforgettable."

"This is a $60 /night hotel that they are charging $115 /night. For starters, whoever is the maintenance person, thy need to be fired. the bathtub had a hole in the floor and all they did was put white duct tape over it useless!!!. Then thy must have remodeled the room but instead of using the same size sink, light fixtures, nightstand and toilet, they used smaller sizer but left the bolts and nails and wholes that the old fixtures caused exposed. On top of that the sheets and mattress covers were stained and nasty with cigarette burns in them. Baseboards were dirty as if no one ever cleaned them. The only reason I stayed is because there is no hotels in Warrenton GA."

"Very clean and tidy apartment. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. Nice security being behind an electric gate, although it is a nice neighborhood. All of the appliances looked new, very clean. A person could easily walk to historic downtown to check out what it has to offer. The Hosts live on the premises, so it is easy to communicate with them. If a person is looking for a single room apartment to use for a bit, I don't think you could find a cleaner and nicer one than this. I will certainly be back!"
