"Our stay was good. The only problem.we had was at check in as the internet was down. This only delayed our check in about 10 minutes, however, it could have been a much bigger problem if it had not been resolved so quickly. The hotel was updated and clean. "Our non smoking room smelled like it used to be a smoking room. My friend and I are allergic so the room gave us a headache. We didn’t notice it when we checked in but the longer we were in there the more it smelled like old cigarette smoke. The surfaces also hadn’t been wiped down. But the staff was friendly and professional and it except for the allergy it was a good Hoyle for the price. "
