"Bad experience due to poor wall insulation and the poor behavior of the guest next to us. Our room was next to "the workers" (guest) who kept the alarm on and it went off the whole night and didn't turn it off even after the front desk asked them to. Front desk mentioned there always been the issue with "the workers" not turning the alarm off. With poor wall insulation, we could hear everything next door. Constant alarm sound ruined our sleep the whole night. "

"Absolutely awful place! Reviews are correct they totally blow off check in times! No excuses Cleaning is separate dept! Management is stunningly inept! When you accept money, booking way in advance & when customer calls days before to confirm, tells you we need to check in on time you have NO REASON WHY THEY CAN'T! A little legal advice to them, when you accept money, we accept check out time, you accept check in time, it's called four corners of the contract! Owner needs to clean out staff and hire capable individuals to run things!! After decades of travel all over the US and out of country this is never, I MEAN NEVER DONE! The room after being blown off, told could not check in until later In the evening, when we did finally,the room was a joke! Not a suite as selected a small room. Bathroom tub dirty, broken door handles, no microwave and the room we waited for so long to be prepared had no tissues in built-in holder no bath soap either! Add in they don't do normal resort shut down on indoor pool and play as resort ls do even in Mexico, they blasted the guest with high volume music and hundreds of screaming out of control kids until almost midnight. The brats were knocking on guest doors as well! Plus over heard a man get double billed and a child who politely ask for help gets talk rudely to by staff! Laundry facilities broken and out of service most of Arcade as well! DON'T USE THIS HORRID PLACE! I wish they had ZERO STARS TO GIVE! MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED!!"

"The room they gave us looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Smelled like sewage. Used (almost empty) toilet paper in the bathroom with no extra rolls. They didn’t put ANY towels in the bathroom. None at all. The tv wasn’t working. The breakfast selection is tiny and everything looked gross and old. "

"This is our second time to utilize this space, and it doesn't disappointment. The location is ideal to downtown with an 8 minute walk to historic Concho Ave. The living area and bedrooms are spacious with modern touches and cool artwork. Brian is responsive to questions and concerns. Highly recommend!!"

"I’ve stayed here before and didn’t have a bad experience but this time around was rough. We called at noon and asked for an early check in. They said we could check in at 1. We went at 2 and it wasn’t ready. We said we’d just be back at 3 for normal check in time. We walk into our room and they cleaner is in there still. She said it would be another 15 mins. We waited in the car. Finally at 3:35 she was done. We go in and got settled. We had to tiptoe in the room bc the floors were wet. There were little gnats throughout the room. Really not a big deal. But we were already frustrated. Then the TV wouldn’t work. They came in and fixed it after some time but it was nearly 5 before we could actually get settled. Our room was right next to the office so it was SO loud. We heard everything. Sirens all night. People. Just so loud."
