Awesome stay from the moment you greet Peter and other staff members including housekeepers! Super nice clean room with amenities!! No reservation security deposit compared to other local franchise hotels in the area. Continental breakfast. Pet policy N/A on our stay. Big rig/RV parking available with plenty of space for turning & backing. Super clean sidewalks/parking spaces.Highly Reconmend!

This room was horrible. All but one light bulb was out in the room, it smelled like rotten food, and the”non-smoking” room had burn marks all over the table, counter, and blanket.

1. The photos on the Expedia web site are fake. At least 20 years old. 2. The room was dirty. 3. No hot water. No toilet paper. 4. The refrigerator was unplugged and moved away from an electrical outlet. I had to move it. 5. The mattress on one bed squeaked whenever I sat or laid on it. 6. The A/C unit thermostat was so dirty from cigarette smoke that I had to clean it so I could move the switch from heat to cool. I had to get the proprietor to fix it. 7. No coffee maker in the room. 8. The power at the motel went out at 3 AM. It was 30 degrees outside, and I had to go to a convenience store for coffee. 9. The proprietor charged me for two nights, but I reserved it for one. ( he fixed it after I complained)
