"The staff is awesome! The restaurant & spa are awesome! You should know that this hotel is in 2 halves. Half is historical. The other half has elevators and air conditioning. Know when you book which side you are booking. Despite being on the “wrong” side at the end of a long trip, the staff did everything possible to make it enjoyable for us."

"Start off the front desk staff was amazing! Young woman there who knew all about the entertainment venues, best places to dine out, and went out of her way to be helpful in any way possible. Kudos to her! Our room sadly was one of the select few that did not have A/C, which for a rainy and muggy day made for an interesting stay. Luckily fans in the room and tiny windows we could open, yet sadly the relative comfort in the room changed very little. Room we had was not toddler friendly, the steam...

"This is a great place to stay. We loved it. It’s in a wonderful location with free parking. The breakfast was really good, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice too. We would stay again. This was our favorite hotel that we stayed in Ireland. "
