사진과 다르게 매우 오래된 옛날건물 야외보다 로비에서 담배냄새 너무 심하게 났음 처음 방문을 여는데 약간 무서울 정도로 오래된 st임ㅋㅋ 방에 창이 있었는데 창 청소가 안되어 밖이 하나도 안보임ㅠㅠ 수건이 2장뿐이라 4장 달라고 카운터에 말했더니 약간 덩치있고 사나운 여자직원이 사람이 몇명인데 4장 달라고 하냐길래 우린 2명이고 4박5일이다 했더니 그래도 왜 4장이나 필요하냐면서 어디로 연락하는척 하더니 결국 안줌 ㅠㅠ 가장 힘들었던건 방이 난방이 잘 안됨 !!!!!!! 4일 내내 밤에 추워서 깼음 결국 둘다 감기걸려옴 ㅠㅠ 위치는 좋은편이나 재방문 의사는 글쎄..

チェックイン時に、頼んでもいないのに料金割り増しでグレードアップの部屋を進められたので断りました。またデポジットとして2000元(32000円)預けました。これには非常に戸惑いました。チェックアウト時に返金。後で調べたら、海外のホテルではデポジットは普通だということがわかりましたが、チェックインの時には非常に困惑しました。

Good location next to East Nanjing Pedestrian Rd. 5 minutes walk to Line 2 Metro Station which is the main line to the airports. I stay there every year when i visit Shanghai.

La télé dans notre chambre 710 a été réparée 3 fois sans succès, nous avons passé 7 jours sans la télé, nous avons décidé de partir avec 3 en avance. Il y a pas d’acce Pour les handicapés, car mon père a été amputé d’une Jambe suite à un accident de voiture, j’ai réservé une chambre pour 3 nuits pour mes parents, ils n’ont pas souhaité à le prolonger à une semaine. J’y retournerai plus à cette hôtel

좋은위치, 합리적 가격

지하철 역과 멀지 않아 좋았습니다. 저렴한가격으로 친구들과 보내기 좋은곳. 지은지 오래돼 보였지만 비교적 깔끔했어요. 에어컨은 잘 안되는것 같아 창문 열고 있었어요~

立地は、完璧です。上海市内に近くに歩けない距離ではない。なので地下鉄二号線も近く便利。部屋は、窓なしで予約しました。着いた時に窓ありに変更できるけど、2泊で2人でプラス600元と言われたので断りました。また、ポジットが1万円かかりました。

上海に旅行行く時また利用したいホテル

ホテル自体はあまり新しくはないですが、スタッフが親切でした。場所も外滩からも南京路からも近い為、かなり便利でした。朝食ついてないプランでしたが、周りにローソンや朝食が食べられるお店が多く、困らなかった。

期待外れ

最寄り駅は主要駅なので、観光地へのアクセスは良かった。浦東空港まで約1時間かかるが、乗換なしで空港に行けるのはありがたい。ただ、最寄り駅からホテルまでが想像以上に遠くて、大きなスーツケースを持ちながらの移動は少し辛い。シティビューの部屋を予約したのに、案内されたのは窓無しの部屋…。真っ暗で昼夜分からない。非常に残念。チェックイン時、デポジットとして500元請求され、少し戸惑った。(チェックアウト時に返金手続き)

다시 상하이를 간다면 절대 묵지 않을 호텔

짠내투어 박나래 숙소를 보고 2박 묵었습니다. 동방명주가 객실에서 보인다는 것, 대표적 관광지인 난징동루, 와이탄, 예원 등 접근성이 좋다는 것. 이것 이외에 정말 최악인 호텔이었습니다. 기존 이용후기에서 욕실에 담배꽁초가 있었다는 후기가 있었는데, 제가 묵은 곳도 욕실 바닥에 떡하니 담배꽁초가 있었습니다. 그리고 침대 베개, 시트 등 담배 냄새가 심합니다. 비흡연자인지라 굉장히 견디기 힘들었습니다. 시설도 굉장히 낙후되어 있습니다. 한국 사람과 중국인이 주로 이 호텔을 이용하는 듯했습니다. 다음날 뉴월드상하이 호텔에 묵었는데 시설과 서비스 면에서 굉장히 비교가 되었습니다. 가성비 대비 야경을 원하신다면 하루 정도는 묵어보실 수 있지 않을까 싶습니다. 그러나 주변 다른 호텔을 묵는 것을 추천드립니다. 저는 재숙박 의사가 없었던 호텔이었습니다.

불친절한고 원래주던 방과는 다른 방을 주었네요 이메일로 더블을 해준다고 답장까지 받았는데 갑자기 그런 방은 없다면서 더 비싼 돈주고 다른방에 가라고 하네요 그방이 비싼 방이긴한데 원래 예약했던 방보다는 훨씬 작았습니다. 그래도 싸게 가려면 이 호텔 추천드립니다

予約は窓あり、シティービューで間違いなくしていましたが、チェックインの際、フロントは窓無しなので、窓ありにしたい場合は追加料金必要と言われました。 3人で600元払って領収書もあります。この件についての結論をお待ちしています。このままでは詐欺です。

原本我是訂了上海賓龍商務酒店（6月06日～10日）、　但訂後数天収到通上海賓龍商務酒店会在6月01日停業。　幸得Expedia代找附近的酒店、　不用付差額。　最後入住上海新協通國際大酒店、　此酒店地点方便、　員工也友善。　若下次再去上海的話、　一定会再次訂上海新協通國際大酒店。

そこそこ快適。

4ツ星のホテルとしてはほてるきぼは小さいが部屋の清潔感は良いです。立地条件は最高で周辺観光スポットにとにかく近く行きやすい。その点を考えるとコストパフォーマンスはかなり高く充分に良いホテルです。更にステイタス感を得たいなら有名5ツ星を選ぶ事です。

連泊だからかいつもなのか分かりませんが、ベッドシーツはフロントに言ってもなかなか交換してくれなくて困りました。掃除機をかける習慣もないようでカーペットにはずっとゴミが落ちたまま、ベッドの下に知らない人の下着が落ちていて驚きました。バスタオルも2日連続で穴があいており、もしかしてこれも交換してないのかな？と疑ってしまいました。立地は良く、スタッフも英語が話せる人が何人かいて対応は普通です。

2nd stay and I wouldn't go back unless they fix it

I never post reviews coz most of the times, the hotels are half decent and frankly you can't please everyone but I will say this time, do yourself a favour and get another hotel. This was my second stay in this hotel (first one in 2013) and the quality has just gone down. Stains in the carpet, aircon not working, mossies in the bedroom (mossie repellent was ineffective), hot water only "luke warm" in the day time and hot in the night, the only saving grace was the hotel staff was extremely friendly and wanted to make my stay comfortable but the issues were beyond their scope. The corporate needs to steam clean the carpets, along with fumigating the rooms, that should take care of the mossies that keep you awake at night. The hot water, possibly they need to get a new system or heat it even in peak time instead of just off-peak. The aircon thermostat was broken, it went to below zero but the actual temperature was around 21 degrees or above. Service the AIRCON Corporate! Some pics attached, wish I could upload the video of the Honeywell thermostat dial going way below 0 and way above 30+ Celsius. Changed the room to 811 but had the same issues. Reception even gave me a fan to lower the temp, the worst part, even the reception was using the fan, speaks volumes about their aircon. Oh and don't even go to the spa, just don't. Corporate needs to fix this hotel to get it back to its previous glory.

Good location but older hotel with minimal facilities. "Gym" is a cold room with a couple of mats, low budget aerobics machines and a broken weight machine.
