"The original room we had was lovely - however, we had an issue with the tap in the bathroom and we were quickly assigned another room which wasn't quite as large but still really nice - the receptionist then offered us the choice of two other rooms for the second night of our stay - we chose the larger of the two and was not disappointed. The room was absolutely lovely. We would like to praise the staff for their reactive response to the initial issue that we had - these things happen and it the response and customer care we received was excellent.
The hotel itself is lovely, very well situated and breakfast was also excellent. Would definitely recommend. "
