We were booked for two days but checked out early. They said they would refund us for the day we didn't use but then never did give us a refund. ...

「This hotel was nice overall, but I had to use styrofoam plates and plastic utensils for breakfast, which I really dislike using (wasteful and flimsy). Also, my 6-year-old, who always goes in the pool, would not go into this pool because it was too cold. I also got a lame response from management about the pool always being 87 degrees and the regular chinaware always being available, neither of which was true.」
