Upgrade the beds

Overall we were satisfied with the property however the beds were simply terrible. From the basement, main level, to the top floor. Everyone slept pretty poorly. I don't think it was worth 3000 to stay 5 nights and sleep so bad. We also had a critter living in the wall that was pretty disruptive. Lots of moving around, scratching, and making a lot of noise. I'm not sure if it was a squirrel or racoon. But it was there the entire stay.
