「Get placement. 20 minutes from Orillia, 30 minutes from Wasaga. Lots of open space on the property and private. Great brewery nearby as well!Loved this place for a family getaway」

「We recently stayed at this cottage outside of Gravenhurst, and it was by far the worst vacation rental we have ever experienced. The property was not just dated—it was filthy and appeared to have been neglected. 「It's the perfect cottage and the most hospitable, helpful, kind hosts! Thank you for a fantastic weekend getaway!」

「Every thing is good the place is clean and accommodation is good. The lake needs to be cleaned it’s full of water lilies kayak and canoe weren’t possible my grandkids really wanted to do it. Thank you.」

「Bathroom floors and vanity not clean, sheets on one bed seemed damp, back porch was not clean, many days not clean, sliding doors had cobwebs at all corners, no screen door here, steps from parking to door in very poor, dangerous condition, kayaks were not cleaned off and made ready for use. This cottage had not been made ready for guests. Concerned that vrbo is advertising for unkept property. We wasted time, money, dreams of a wonderful weekend ruined!!」

We had called the host twice and messaged on VRBO inbox twice. It wasn’t until I texted him that he responded. I had asked prior to going if there was a coffee maker and was told no, yet there was one and I hadn’t brought...
