「When we reached at hotel, hotel owner, staff were started denying of any reservation of my name. After spending almost of 30-40 mins, showing all proof then they started saying we offer you this room just like we are begger at their hotel. Very unprofessional attitude from them. We were their with my infant kid, there is no hot water in room during our winter season visit to Pokhara. Food taste is not good. Very bad experience.」

「The hotel itself was in a good location but may be due transition in management the hotel had no staff at the front desk. So, as a whole the service was bad.」
