"Staff, grounds and food all exceptional. Room - no issues, exactly what you would expect in Nepal (Pokhara) at this price. Had an issue with a leaking tap, which I reported and was fixed within the hour. Only issue I had with this hotel was external - the Pokhara fun fair which is about 100 yards away and is loud - but that is only an issue if you are early to bed (before 9:30pm - as it quietens down then). I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Pokhara. Staff in particular were faultless"

"An unforgettable post-trek retreat—beautiful design, serene atmosphere, and exceptional service My husband and I stayed at Dorje’s for three nights after completing the Annapurna Circuit, and it was the best decision we made on our trip. The property is stunning, with thoughtful architecture and interior design throughout. We indulged in spa treatments that included access to the steam room and sauna before our massages—an incredibly relaxing experience. Since we were there at the end of May (the beginning of monsoon season), the property was especially peaceful, and we often had the pool entirely to ourselves. The staff mentioned that it gets much livelier around September and October. We also had the pleasure of meeting Dorje himself and hearing his inspiring story of building the resort after years in the restaurant business. His hospitality ethos is clear in every detail—from the delicious, fresh food at the on-site restaurant (we happily ate most meals there) to the genuinely kind, attentive staff who go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional."
