"The hotel is a little dated but the location is excellent as it is close to the lake, shops and restaurants. The best thing about the hotel is the warm and friendly staff. Special shout out to Manu, Nischal and Sujata at the front desk who were super helpful with all my needs like changing to a higher floor room, recharging my SIM card, arranging for airport transfer, etc. They served with excellence and professionalism. I would definitely return to Hotel Sarowar because of their exceptional service which is 5 star!"
