「外の音がまる聞こえで夜中まで騒ぐお客がおり、リゾート感がなくがっかりでした。 チェックアウト時にホテル側が申し出れば部屋の交換をしますと言ってくれましたがホテルとしても防音対策を考えて欲しいと思います。又部屋の中に蚊がおり、睡眠が出来ず困りました。レークサイドに位置するホテルとしては、蚊対策を考えられる考えられる良いかと思いますが？」

「Staff, grounds and food all exceptional. Room - no issues, exactly what you would expect in Nepal (Pokhara) at this price. Had an issue with a leaking tap, which I reported and was fixed within the hour. Only issue I had with this hotel was external - the Pokhara fun fair which is about 100 yards away and is loud - but that is only an issue if you are early to bed (before 9:30pm - as it quietens down then). I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Pokhara. Staff in particular were...
