"Checking in and out was a smooth process. Many local food and clothes shopping options nearby and much less crowded than the main cities. Room was clean and comfy. The toilet was a little small but other than that, everything else was great. Location is also great as it was only a short walk from Sangenjaya station. Highly recommend this place! Very value for money!"

"washer, no dryer, nice balcony for hanging things. tub was excellent, no shower stool. nice little kitchen with dishes. tv was basic, no casting, no bluetooth. beds were comfy but have to crawl over one to get to the other. closet was big. very close to train station and right in the middle of the neighborhood. near all shops. great security. great location. "I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya. The room had both a washing machine and a small kitchen, which made it incredibly convenient for families traveling with children. Having the ability to do laundry and prepare simple meals made our stay much more comfortable, especially when traveling with a little one. The hotel’s location in Shibuya was also very convenient for getting around Tokyo. Overall, it was a very pleasant and family-friendly stay, and I would happily recommend it...
