「Beautiful property with clean spacious rooms. The included breakfast had a great variety and the coffee machine made awesome drinks. The location was close to popular beaches. The only hiccup was the tv.. nothing worked.. not even regular tv. Thankfully we weren't there to relax and watch tv but i could see it being annoying if you like to watch tv before going to bed.」

「Great place for a family - beach within a short walking distance, several pools and a playground to keep kids entertained. Staff are lovely, we had a great stay, our second time there. Took a couple of days and a few requests to get a highchair though and never received coffee pods for the machine despite asking a few times. We also didn’t have any washing up soap or detergent for washing machine which we had last time, but perhaps amenities have changed. Really nice resort and staff, we would...

「Lovely location opposite the beach, quiet at night, amazingly big room with a balcony looking out at the beach. Plenty of space to sit by the pool when we went and it was great drinking cocktails by the pool but it was too cold to go in the water. Breakfast was really good too with lots of options and the staff were very helpful and friendly.」

「The grounds were lovely. Pools well kept. Nice location away from the bustle of old town. Shuttle during the day into and out of old town is nice as the steps getting down and up get tiring. We honestly didn’t mind though. Great way to work off some tarts! We stayed in the Cerro Mar Atlantico building. Our booking through Expedia said 4 twin beds and 2 pull outs. The units actually have 2 twin beds, 1 double and 1 pull out. The beds were so hard that my mom and sister actually bruised...

「Room was great - we paid extra for a sea view with a balcony which we would recommend. The hotel decor was very nice with a beautiful lobby and very nice pool area. The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was fantastic - lots of variety. The view from the dining room was stunning.」

「アルヴフェイラの繁華街の中心にあるので、立地的に大変便利でした。 ただ、夜中まで騒がしく、落ち着いた場所を好む人は避けた方がいいです。 窓を閉めていても、騒がしいです。 空港からの送迎を別でお願いし、他のヨーロッパの方も同じホテルだったので、人気の様です。 大きなバス停までは、タクシーで6ユーロくらいでした。タクシーの乗り場がホテルのすぐ前にあります。 レストランの予約を事前にホテルにお願いしたかったのですが、自分でやってと断られたのは残念ですが、 バス停までのタクシーのおおよその値段とかは教えてもらえました。」

「Had a warm welcome from moncef at reception upon landing and checking into the hotel and have been upgraded to a suite by Ikram given some problems I had with my room. Thanks to both and the rest of the team for making my stay all the more convenient and enjoyable. Some of the facilities like the racket sport and gym were not available at the time of my stay. The hotel could do with some variety to the buffet breakfast as I’d got tired of having the same thing every morning. Otherwise well...

「Good stay, hotel is super clean and on the whole helpful staff. Breakfast room is so nice with the sea view. In this visit a problem with our shower cubicle which was only resolved by us moving rooms the following day & hopefully it will get fixed before anyone else gets allocated that room as it a hazard. Giving extra towels to mop up isn’t the answer. Given vouchers for a drink to compensate for the inconvenience but then was told by the bar tender only one could be used per transaction....
