「Lovely peaceful little cottage not far from the park and some essential shops. The birds were lovely to watch, we particularly enjoyed watching the hummingbirds. The place was comfortable and clean, with lots of thoughtful touches such as binoculars for bird spotting!」

「Darling little cabin. Was clean, comfortable. Had everything we needed. ‘Twin view’ really was 2 views, mountains or strait. Which was especially nice since it was foggy and cloudy and one or the other was often obscured. Never did find the thermostat, but didn’t try very hard since we didn’t happen to need it. I found the soft mattress very uncomfortable, but it didn’t bother my back sleeping husband at all. With a new, maybe memory foam, mattress I’d love to come for a longer stay 」

「Originally, I found this little gem while I was searching for accommodation around the Port Townsend area with two beds (two friends traveling, not a couple). 「Lovely, bright, and clean home in a beautiful and tranquil setting. Clearly there is a lot of care put into maintaining and cleaning. Four instead of 5 stars because you cannot drink the water from the tap, which we didn't know until we were nearly there. However, the owner said there is a filter on the refrigerator. The owner was very responsive and friendly. If you want to see the animals then do make arrangements ahead of time. 」
