Nice quiet comfortable hotel with smaller rooms. Only compliant is that the frosted glass bathroom door lit up the whole room when others were trying to sleep.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, but note that the rooms are only serviced every 3 days. People are always smoking outside the doors, so the lobby unfortunately smells like smoke. The city hall location is very convenient for commuting, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free luggage storage was also a great option.

I enjoyed staying here as it was close enough to Myeongdong, but still far enough to avpid the craziness. It is at a nice border and very close to both City Hall station, and the City Hall Plaza Hotel where the Airport Limousine bus can take you to and from the airport. The breakfast was a nice add-on as it can be hard to find breakfast optipns early in the morning. The room design is great and the bed is very comfortable. My only feedback is that though the toilet was clean, the toilet seat was slightly coming off due to the hinges, so that should he fixed for safety. The front desk staff was great and I would stay here again!

I came here alone for a 6 night stay during my stay at Seoul. The room was clean and well decorated. It’s perfect for 1-2 people as the room was a bit small. Some things that I didn’t like: (1) Your room gets cleaned every 3 days unless you request for other days (2) When they clean the room, they do not clean the used cups or refill the tea/coffee (3) You have to go through a little alley street to get to the hotel. It could be quite intimidating if it’s too late into the night as it’s dark. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here as it was reasonably priced and close to places I wanted to go to.

Great location, City centre train station just a few minutes walk. A 15 minute walk to Meyong-dong walking street for the night time street food, shopping and people watching. The only issue was the ‘hot’ items were always cold until the last morning of my stay. It’s almost like the hot plates were not turned on. I was there for breakfast as soon as the restaurant opened so it’s not like the food had been sitting around for long. For a budget hotel I thought it was great value in a suburb location.

I booked at this location because it was central to everything and uptown. It was close to the two main subway lines that can take you anywhere. It’s close to the Myeong-dong market. There are two 7/11 stores near this hotel to pick up refreshments. This hotel also has a WOWPASS machine, which is excellent if you want a combo prepaid debit/T-money card. Staff was friendly and room AC was godsend. It is a bit noisy in the hallway, especially for those coming home late. I would stay at this hotel again.

Very average hotel. We stayed 5 nights they only clean the room once and towels changed just 1 time. Lundry was out of order for 3 days and every day staff were telling us it would be fix today and it never did.we had to take all our dirty clothing to the our next stop.

Great spot in myeongdong

This is a great hotel. The beds were super comfortable! That really helped with the jet lag. The breakfast has plenty of Korean and Western options. There is tons to do in the area and convenient to the subway and other transportation. Elevator was fast and the room was very clean. Gym was well stocked and we received great recommendations from the desk staff.

Overall, my stay was very pleasant—the service, location, and amenities were great. The only issue I had was that the detergent used on the bed linens and towels seemed to irritate my skin and caused an allergic reaction. It would be helpful if more gentle or hypoallergenic options could be considered

Good location

The location was the main reason for choosing this hotel. Close to subway and to Myeongdong Main Street. The bathroom felt a bit worn out. The water kettle felt kinda nasty, so never used it.

So strange that we booked a few months ago requesting high level floor but finally we were allocated to stay at 2/F The pillow can be better as it is too soft Overall the staff are helpful and the location is good
