Basic room but convenient

Conveniently located with shopping mall and eatery in the same building which is a big plus when it’s snowing heavily. Basic room and amenities. Housekeeping is mediocre and should be improved for hygiene purpose.

Very bad service only one staff in the building very busy elevator because the hotel located in business building, too tight room smily bathroom, Seoul people and worker very rude and unfriendly and disrespectful , overall very bad experience.

There's another Migliore Hotel at Myeongdong. Same logo and everything, but they're totally different properties. Neither specifies which neighborhood they're in. I booked two rooms. In mine, the toilet was dirty, it smelled like cigarettes, wallpaper falling off, stains all over the walls. No breakfast! The other was mildly better. Good location. But not worth the price in my opinion.

スタッフ様の対応、接客が本当に丁寧、親切でした。日本語がとても上手で助かりました。東大門の専門市場が目の前にあると言う、最高、最強な立地、コスパも良くショッピングセンターに入ってるホテルなので昼間のエレベーターは利用者が多いので多少大変ですが、それでも不便なく過ごせました！！お部屋も綺麗でした！丁寧な対応をしてくださりありがとうございました！！

入り口が少しわかりにくかったのと、下水の臭いが気になりましたが、それ以外は快適でした。フロントの方はチェックインもチェックアウトも日本語出来る方で助かりました。東大門は夜遅くまでやっているので帰る時の方法をいつも気にしてましたが、今回は時間を気にせず買い物できました。駅近で出かけるにも便利でした。また1人渡韓の際は利用したいです。
