Cloudwalker on Lake Keowee is a luxury home where you can enjoy the beauty of the lake in modern style. This newly built, uniquely custom-designed house is built for light and expansive lake views with a one-of-a-kind modern architectural style. Sleep in cozy bedrooms with lofty ceilings, all with en-suite private bathrooms. Cook and dine in the huge great room with a fully equipped kitchen, separate beverage bar, dining table seating 12, kitchen bar seating 6. Afterward, relax on the couch in front of the 36' glass wall looking out on the lake or get closer to nature on the screened porch with fireplace or sit around the outside fire pit only feet from the water's edge where you have excellent views of the sunset over the water. Six bedrooms feature king beds, and a bunk room with 6 bunks and 2 mobile mattresses perfect for the kids and kids at heart alike. 2 of these king bedrooms are in the included apartment which also includes a separate kitchen and living area with pull out sofa as well as a large deck overlooking the lake. Outside features ample parking, 3000SF of synthetic turf, and a putting green all surrounded by beautiful trees and the lake. You will also have access to a dock where you can dock your own (or a rental) boat during your visit.
Want to have a party, event, or small wedding (max 75) while staying with us, please ask for approval and additional cost/details beforehand. Hot Tub cleaning fee ($250) not included & only due if used.
Exterior cameras and noise monitoring systems in use on the exterior of the home for the security of the property, guests, and to ensure no unauthorized parties occur. The property is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies.

Ideal Office Retreat Space
Our team LOVED our time at this property. We felt well prepared and communicated with on the front end. The hosts were accommodating and kind. The space was clean and well labeled. There are so many things to do that you wonβt want to leave. Even with rainy days we had a blast.

Amazing stay at Cloudwalker!
We had a party of 20 staying at Cloudwalker to celebrate mine and my fianceeβs bachelor/bachelorette weekend and had an absolute blast at this property. All new amenities, appliances, lawn games, etc. were included in our stay and it blew all of us away. It truly was a great experience.
Additionally, Nick the property manager was super responsive to our messages when there was a minor HVAC issue and extended our checkout by an entire day essentially.
Amazing service and location. We would HEAVILY recommend this place if youβre on the fence.

A great house for a group
We had a wonderful time at Cloudwalker! It was the perfect place to spend a weekend with friends. Thereβs space for people to be together or separate out, there are games and activities for folks, and a beautiful house and view. Nick is extremely communicative and so helpful! Everyone had a great time and wants to go back already!!

Luxury meets relaxation and entertainment!
It doesnβt get much better than CloudWalker when looking for a space on the lake for multiple families. Not only are the views outstanding, this home was built to accommodate large groups! All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and temperature control, plus an apartment with its own kitchen and bedrooms. The bunk room is perfect for the kids! The communal space has ample seating and has created multiple living spaces writhin one giant space for maximum comfort and lake views. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need. The outdoor space is the highlight. Surrounded by lake views, the owners have thought of everything to make this stay a 5-star experience. Plenty of outdoor seating, games, fire pit, hot tub, dock, kayaks, paddle board, putting green, etc. It made for an entertaining and fun stay for guests of all ages! We hope to return soon!

Great Family Getaway
Large, modern, private home with amazing views of the lake and opportunities for both gathering together and privacy β a large central kitchen, dining and living area adjacent to several private rooms each including its own bathroom. With lake access, lawn and fire pit, it is perfect for warm or cold weather getaways.
