仙台駅からすぐという立地を考慮すると、 非常に安いと思います。 設備は必要最低限といった感じで、 価格相応です。 ベッドの下にペットボトルのゴミが 残っていましたが、目に見える範囲は ちゃんと清掃されているように感じました。 室内お風呂は、バスとトイレがセットの ユニットバスで、温度調整は熱湯の蛇口と 冷水の蛇口を両方ともひねる形で行います。 ここは、私は値段相応と感じましたが、 人によっては不便に感じるかもしれません。 歩いて5分のところにドン・キホーテが あるため、何かと便利です。 総合的にみて、私は満足しています。

Good location

Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good. In between 10 Minutes to Sendai station on foot. But the bath and toilet accessories is a bit old. And they provide a fresh ground coffee all day.

駅から近く、ロビーには無料のコーヒーがあり良かった。部屋の掃除は行き届いており、連泊では掃除に入らないとの事だったがタオル類歯ブラシの交換はあった。 ユニットバス内の臭いが気になり換気扇は回したままにしたが、どうやらビニールカーテンから臭っており改善すべきと感じた。

駅から近いのは便利です。

テーブルのめくれ？のようなものが気になりました。 夜寒かったのでエアコンをつけたら冷房設定なのかより寒くなったので冬は行けないなと思いました。 換気扇の音やケトル内のゴミも少し気になりました。
