This property and service are superb. The only improvement I would suggest is that the shower water temperature often varies, with a sudden burst of very HOT water. It would be nice to be able to order room service, too.
Thank you for a beautiful visit.

Really lovely hotel in a great location. Very close to Nishi park which we loved. Lots of shopping close by. The bento breakfast was great. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee but we carried our own,

The value of the hotel is great. It has just what you need and the rooms are clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. I was walking out the door on a rainy day and one of the staff members stopped me and gave me an umbrella to borrow while I was out. I would recommend to anyone. The hotel was a short walk from the train station which made it easy to get around the city.
