"Room was clean, although it did smell of smoke. This was my problem, as I booked a smoking room. Smorgasbord breakfast and dinner were fabulous - so much variety. Onsen was clean and not too busy, with pools of differing heat"

We ordered dinner and breakfast service for two days. All four kaiseiki meals were delicious and beautiful. Our servers were so kind and caring. We definitely will return for the hospitality of this hotel and beauty and tranquility of Yokote."
