「The staff is Amazing. Really good people. They even gave us fresh coconut water when we left. As we have to leave very early, we preordered the breakfast the day before and it was ready perfectly “on time”. They have A/C in the cabin, really necessary. Is a very good choice when visiting Semuc Champey.」

「This was incredibly beautiful! We loved our stay. Be careful and make sure you close your tent completely so the bugs don't get in, but it is a tent in Guatemala at the end of the day, so there will probably be a bug at some point. One thing I think they could improve on is providing locks for the tents. Rooms get to be locked up but the tents are all just based on an honor system I guess? We were absolutely fine and no one snuck into our tent or anything, but it only takes one bad egg.」

「La dirección está equivocada para empezar, el mapa marca que está por Chiacam pero realmente está en Cobán ( a un promedio de 25 km de distancia ) no es “Casa Completa” es un hotel por lo que no pudimos usar todos los espacios, el lugar estaba horrorosamente sucio, tuvimos que comprar veneno para zancudos y cucarachas, la cocina no es como la fotografía, todo estaba sucio de la cocina, gracias a Dios nosotros llevamos nuestros utensilios, como habían otros inquilinos por ser hotel el lugar,...
