The staff was helpful and warm during our entire stay. There was coffee and tea available for guests in the sitting area. Two walking plans were provided in our room to help us explore the old town. Rooms were clean and well appointed. I am glad we chose to stay at a local establishment over a big chain hotel."

"Balcony pool area was beautiful. WiFi awful on lower floor had to have room moved to higher floor so internet would work. Couldn’t open anything on phone in our original room on 3rd floor. Moved to new room on 9th floor and had no issues with WiFi"

"An old but lovely hotel in the heart of Old Quebec City. The room was spotless, the bathroom was very modern and had everything we needed. The bar and restaurant on the ground floor was excellent and the staff were lovely. Guests of the hotel were given a 15% discount on breakfast in the restaurant."
