「It was easy checking in since they send you all the details a few hours before you come. There is no reception, but staff are responsive when you sms them. The place is clean, but it would have been better if both bathrooms had provision of toiletries. The shampoo, conditioner and soap were only available to one of the bathrooms, so we just ended up using one when it would have been easier to be able to use both given that we are family. One of the toilets had something dripping from the roof so...

「Great option for people exploring Bright - walk to shops/cafes, good parking, nice and quiet street. Great outdoors area if the weather is good with table/chairs/bbq. Rated as a 3 star but I would say at the top end of 3 stars.」

「A complete disconnect from what is shown. Dark, gloomy, Mitch, small and cramped. The welcome link is broken, no guide with the WiFi instructions. No way to contact the absent manager. No smoke detector in the bedroom, and stuffy air (no makeup air.) We couldn’t sleep, it was just a terrible disappointment.」
