Food was incredible, rooms were awesome, and staff were so friendly they made you feel like family. It’s not a 5 star hotel chain experience, but that’s not what you go to Lombok for. If you love the beach, salt water, and lazing by a pool at a resort with a stylish / rustic beach design you’ll love Amber. "

"My room has a view of the pool, there was 3 lifts to this huge hotel, but 2 was awaiting maintenance and was turning off. The view from the breakfast restaurant was all that this over priced hotel was worth paying for."
