  • Sunrise with a low tide could create some very neat pictures. I was too late to take advantage of getting closer to the people out gathering the different types of seafood left stranded by the low water.

  • This beach has the whitest sand and bluest waters I’ve ever seen! On Sundays it’s ridiculously busy with locals so prepare to feel like a zoo animal as people stare, wave and take photos of you. You have to pay 5000 rupiah to park your scooter (maybe just a tourists fee…). There are lots of bracelet kids and sarong/t-shirt sellers so get your “no thanks” face ready. The beach really is beautiful though. #indonesia #lombok #kuta #beach

+ huge king bed, nice airconditioning + glass bottled water and refillable water for guests + nice room and compound + spacious semi outdoor toilet + friendly staff + basic coworking space + quieter area of kuta lombok - some construction going but harmless - ⁠lighting in the room is too dimmed - ⁠some occasional squeaky noise from the roof but harmless - ⁠mosquitoes but there's mosquito net and spray provided Overall a very satisfied stay, value for money, quiet area, amazing experience!

All staff were amazing. Pictures on hotel.com are not correct. No sun beds available. Safe didn’t work, no key available to open it.

The rooms were either moldy or smelled strongly of mothballs. The pool was unusable and full of algae. The staff was great and they claimed that the place was undergoing a big renovation. Hopefully they improve the facilities and rooms. Otherwise buyer beware, even at the low price!
