「Once you arrive you are charged and additional premium fee as a security deposit. Why is this not included when you pay online? and they want cash? Then they say it will be refunded as soon as you check out. I am finding out that they don't do that either. Very unhappy with the front desk.

「The property is close to rehoboth beach, about a 10-15 minute drive. The area around the hotel has lots of dining options. However, it is not pedestrian friendly. 」

My only complaint is the water pressure is not good and that could've just been our room. The room was clean, the staff was awesome and came in daily and restocked the room. We will definitely stay again 」
「You get what you pay for, its a typical motel in oc. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. It's an older motel, but it was still clean, they have a pool. The beach is very close. I was able to get beautiful sunrise and sunset pictures. If we wanted to go to the boardwalk, we just caught the bus. Stayed for 5 nights and was pleased」
