"When I checked in the manager said she would help me resolve the double booking and never did. The area where I met my clients was dirty. For the price you expect it to be clean. Then I went to my room and it smelled like urine. Called the front desk and instead of switching me to a clean rom they send housekeeping to clean. All cleaning could do at treat time was spraying some fragrance which just made it smell like flower full urine. The second time I called the front desk no one answered. When I checked out the lady at the desk did not even let me finish explaining my situation with the double booking and cut me off refusing to help. After I was allowed to speak I explained the manager knew all about it and I just wanted to leave a reminder to help me resolve it. I never got a response and ended up paying full price fur a day I was not there. Very upsetting situation. I would never recommend this hotel."

"The booking details doesn't tell you that the place is filled with dealers and other undesirable neighbors. I was concerned for the safety of my car and my wellbeing enough that i left after the first night. I wouldn't have stayed that night if i wasn't already exhausted from travel and it being after 11pm. The staff were friendly and the room was clean as it could be, considering the age of the property, but the clientele made me abandon ship even with the no refunds policy. "

"This property has been renovated, it looks great my room had a fridge and microwave, is located on the service road of I35 N , they still working on it but it is very clean , and close to many places. I will stay again here. Outside is not so nice but rooms are clean and fresh. Parking is secure with a fence, so you can sleep peacefully, price is very good.. no breakfast no pool"

"Most horrible hotel we’ve stayed at yet. Room smelled gross. A/c took forever to freshen the room. Bathroom was fallen apart. Towels were all stained black. Toilet paper hadn’t been restock when we got the room. Only had half a roll for 5 people. Only 2 towels available for 5 people. Front desk didn’t greet upon arriving, only came out to give our key and walked away. Never again staying here! Horrible and disgusting experience. We didn’t even want to stay for breakfast the next morning."
