Further down a BBQ can be found, as well as a sandy courtyard with gardens and an outdoor ping-pong table challenging you to match!
As you descend down the well-lit stone path to the boathouse, lush hydrangeas and breathtaking views will leave have you reaching for your phone to capture the magical Muskoka moments! A fire pit overlooking the water to the left is encircled with 6 stumps. Further down, stairs lead up to the upper boathouse which offers 2 loungers around back and 4 Muskoka chairs surrounding a small coffee table. Down below, 8 additional contemporary Muskoka chairs provide the perfect place to enjoy a drink and conversation. Near the end of the dock, 4 loungers invite you to bask in the all-day-sun and 2 more Muskoka chairs rest under a large umbrella - providing the perfect escape from the midday sun! Also featured on the property is a treehouse (the ultimate hideout for kids), zip-line and hammock! Swimming options for everyone include a sandy walk-in at the shoreline, or deeper water at the end of the dock with the option to jump-in off the top of the boathouse, water trampoline or the lilypad!

REC ROOM
Cozy lower level room is furnished with another oversized L-shaped sofa surrounding a gas fireplace and TV. A walkout to the stone patio can also be found here.
UPPER BOATHOUSE
This bright and beautiful space is flooded with incredible lake views. A day bed and 2 arm chairs surround the TV in the living area, while a dining table for 6 is on the opposite side of the room. A kitchenette offers a sink, fridge/freezer and microwave as well as small appliances including a toaster, pixie Nespresso machine and kettle.
LOWER BOATHOUSE
Provides the best mini bar experience - equipped with a full size fridge/freezer with ice maker, sink and outdoor patio cups, plates etc. A cedar sauna and shower is also featured here.
