「My family and I stayed for a week. The over all cleanliness of the cottage was ok. There was a problem in the primary bedroom with mouse droppings, they were everywhere including on the bed. My daughter in law dealt with it and cleaned the room. The water was yellow but cleared a bit after a few days. The cottage is close to several amenities. The water access was not ideal for small children.」

「We really enjoyed our family trip to this resort. The hot tub cottage was great, the restaurant was amazing, the owner super nice and available to help 27/7, ice cream shop great, beach - nice and clean and overall great family getaway! 「We booked this property for a large family gathering from 3 countries. Four children and a teenager were included in the group. The house suited our needs in terms of sleeping arrangements, space for kids to play (including a games room and children’s adventure play area), excellent dining at a huge table, safe water environment for all and areas to find peace and quiet away from everyone. 「The Over the Moon Cottages are an excellent location for convenience of being close to downtown Bala amenities and direct access to the lake across the road. We stayed in Unit #4 which was a one bedroom and more than enough space for the two of us. The only hiccup we experienced was no working wifi on the first day which was resolved by the owner for our second morning.
